ENTRY CONDITIONS
To minimize queue times, entry is offered as 30-minute time slots –please adhere to the time on your ticket for ease of entry. Re-entry will not be allowed on a different date than the one stated on your ticket.
HOW TO GET TO THE FAIR
The fair is taking place at The Shed, located at 545 West 30th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.
Transportation options:
- 7 train to 34 St–Hudson Yards
- A, C, E, 1, 2, and 3 trains to 34 St–Penn Station
- M11, M12, and M34 buses
- Car drop-off and pick-up point is on West 30th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.

STUDENT & CHILD
Limited Student, Youth & Child tickets are available at the weekend. Student tickets are available from 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children aged 2 and up need a valid ticket to attend the fair and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 2 are admitted free of charge.
BAG SIZE & COAT CHECK
Large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than 11 x 15 x 5 inches will not be permitted into the fair. Space for coats and small bags in the coat check is limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them.
ACCESSIBILITY
The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice to arrange a free ticket for your carer.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if you feel unwell before or on the day of your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with your booking reference number. No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance.
