In order to access the fair:
- All visitors aged 12 and over must provide proof of full course COVID-19 vaccination completed at least 14 days ahead of their visit
- All visitors aged 5-11 must provide proof of at least one course of COVID-19 vaccination completed at least 14 days ahead of their visit
- All visitors aged 18 and over must also provide appropriate photo identification matching the name on the vaccination proof
- In addition, all visitors aged 2 and over shall wear a face mask

TIME SLOTS
To minimize queue times, entry is offered as 15-minute time slots - please adhere to the time on your ticket for ease of entry. There is strictly no re-admission.

STUDENT & CHILD
Limited Student, Youth & Child tickets are available at the weekend, from 2pm on Saturday and from 12.30pm on Sunday, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children aged 2 and up need a valid ticket to attend the fair and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 2 are admitted free of charge.
BAG SIZE & COAT CHECK POLICY
Large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than 11 x 15 x 5 inches will not be permitted into the fair. Space for coats and small bags in the coat check is limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them.
NEW INTERACTIVE FAIR MAP
The new interactive fair map, with search and filtering functionalities, will be available on the Frieze app and frieze.com. Alternatively, download the print-at-home version before your visit or pick up a copy of Frieze Week magazine at the fair.
ACCESSIBILITY
The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice or via the chatbot to arrange a free ticket for your carer.
During the fair, Frieze ticket holders receive special discounts and offers at the following partner shops and restaurants in Hudson Yards: Ana Bar & Eatery, Fuku, Li-Lac Chocolates, Queensyard and Van Leeuwen, as well as at Frankie's and Roberta's, located in Brooklyn. Offer valid from May 18-22 on presentation of a valid ticket or pass.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if you feel unwell before or on the day of your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with your booking reference number. No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance.
