ENTRY CONDITONS
To minimize queue times, entry to the fair is offered as 30-minute time slots - please adhere to the time on your ticket for ease of entry. Tickets allow re-entry to the fair multiple times on the same day. Re-entry will not be allowed on a different date than the one stated on Your ticket.

PARKING
Due to the limited number of parking spaces available, we recommend using a taxi or rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft to get to the fair.

An extremely limited number of car park tickets for parking near the fair are available to buy as an add-on option when purchasing your admission ticket. Car park tickets allow entry to the car park from 30 minutes before the entry time stated on your admission ticket and no later than the entry time stated on your admission ticket. Visitors who have not purchased a car park ticket online in advance will not be authorized to park in the car park. Please read full car park ticket T&Cs here.

STUDENT & CHILD TICKETS
Limited Student & Youth (13-18 years) tickets are available at the weekend from 2pm onwards, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children aged 2 and up need a valid ticket to attend the fair and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child tickets are limited and offered on a first-come first-served basis. Babes in arms are admitted free of charge.

BAG SIZE & COAT CHECK
Large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than 11 x 15 x 5 inches are not permitted inside the fair. A coat check and bag drop facility will be available at the fair, although space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you bring minimal personal belongings to the fair.

ACCESSIBILITY
The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice to arrange a free ticket for your carer.

COVID GUIDELINES
Los Angeles County has eased COVID-19 restrictions and therefore no masks, proof of vaccination status or negative test results are required to enter the fair. As COVID-19 is still with us, we encourage visitors to take steps to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19 including optional steps such as wearing a face mask within the venue.
Anyone who is symptomatic or has a positive test result should remain at home and get in touch with us as soon as possible before their visit, on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with their booking reference number for more information on refunds.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if you feel unwell before or on the day of your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with your booking reference number. No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance.
